Job Overview

This role supports the growth and retention of state government accounts through direct sales and account management activities. Primary functions include selling to state government clients, renewing contracts, and increasing customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth. The role differentiates by focusing on strategic relationship building and prospecting within the state government sector. Success is measured by meeting sales targets, renewal rates, customer retention, and other business-building metrics. The work impacts the organization by expanding market presence and enhancing service delivery to state government customers.

Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 4+ years selling to Government (State and Local) accounts. (Preferred)
  • 4+ years extensive customer service experience. (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $130,100 - $234,600, inclusive of target incentivesBase Pay Range: $78,060 - $140,760The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
