Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to present products, capabilities, and solutions to customers.
  • Experience within packaging, folding carton, consumer products, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Account management experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Account & Project Management: Manage Midwest sales accounts; Lead customer activities including product launches, product qualifications, and specification development; Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and internal execution; Prospect for new customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Midwest accounts; Understand customer needs and translate requirements into actionable plans; Provide timely communication on project progress, challenges, and resolutions; Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Category Management & Strategic Support: Utilize knowledge of packaging products, manufacturing capabilities, and industry trends to support customer requests and commercial opportunities; Provide technical and operational guidance related to packaging solutions; Track sales performance against forecast; Support resolution of accounts receivable and aged inventory concerns.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Minnesota (preferred), Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota.

Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Account & Project Management
  • Manage Midwest sales accounts.
  • Lead customer activities including product launches, product qualifications, and specification development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and internal execution.
  • Prospect for new customers.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Midwest accounts

Experience & Minimum Qualifications
Education
