Job summary

HUB International in Berkeley Heights, NJ is seeking an Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team on a hybrid schedule. You will manage your own client book, quote, issue, and service personal lines policies, and work closely with producers and senior staff. The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience, a NJ Property & Casualty license, and strong communication and organizational skills. EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related position.
• NJ State Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Experience with carriers such as Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG-PCS, Pure, Cincinnati, Berkley One and Travelers.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate reviews of client coverage, exposure, and pricing and communicate recommendations.
• Solicit additional business from existing clients and referrals.
• Maintain working knowledge of carriers and products to sustain account retention and development.
• Update EPIC with account activity and handle client questions.
• Send letters to clients confirming specific policy activity.
