Travelers is seeking an Account Executive Officer, Construction to partner with agents and brokers for new and renewal business. You will assess complex risk, negotiate terms, and drive profitability in line with Travelers' risk appetite.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (CPCU preferred) and 6–8 years of underwriting experience in construction or related fields; occasional travel to meet clients and partners is required.

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
Salary Range $109,300.00 - $180,200.00

The Account Executive Officer (AEO), Construction will partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and renewal business based on customers' needs. This role is seen as a technical resource. As an AEO, you are decisive, detail-oriented, and know how to build relationships internally and externally to drive results. Your ability to independently assess complex risk and sell our products in challenging markets will contribute to the profitability and success of Travelers.
