Position Overview:

The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the strategy, development, and management for a portfolio of customers. Through consultative sales and strong project management, the incumbent will develop a deep and detailed understanding of the customers' business models and strategies in order to contribute to an active approach to optimize the value of relationship to both Freddie Mac and the customer.

The Seller Engagement team directly supports the Freddie Mac Single-Family Acquisitions effort to deliver on our mission through engagement with sellers with products and tools that support all of Single Family’s goals and initiatives.

Your Impact
  • Guide the strategy of a portfolio of accounts to ensure optimization of business to Freddie Mac.
  • Be regarded by the stakeholders (internally and externally) as a trusted and respected leader.
  • Lead and mentor account team members to achieve goals.
  • Encourage the account team to continuously improve integrated operating model.
  • Strategize and collaborate with all partners, including pricing, credit, servicing, affordable, legal to ensure all parties are informed and understand the strategy for each customer.
  • Have the flexibility to adapt to new and evolving market conditions and changes as you work your portfolio of accounts.
Qualifications
  • 5 - 7+ years of related professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferred
  • 2+ years of management and leadership experience (5+ years business management and/or leadership experience in residential mortgage and/or capital markets related transactions preferred)
  • Knowledge of GSE securitization, loan delivery and guideline requirements, preferred
  • Proficiency withSalesforce and Microsoft Office suite

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $114,000 - $172,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
