As an Account Executive I - Gaidge, you will own sales opportunities from initial conversation through close, supporting both new-logo acquisition and growth within existing customer accounts. You’ll meet with prospective and current customers, understand their business needs, demonstrate the value of Gaidge, build and manage a healthy pipeline, and maintain consistent follow-through to move opportunities forward.
This role combines consultative selling with account relationship management and is ideal for someone who understands the orthodontic industry, can build credibility with practice leaders, and is motivated by helping customers improve the performance of their businesses.

At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay a base salary of $70,000 annually, with commission opportunity of $40,000+ annually, for total annual on‑target earnings (OTE) upwards of up to $110,000. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
