Responsibilities
  • Manage Ethicon’s surgical device portfolio, focusing on hemostasis and wound closure platforms.
  • Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers in operating rooms.
  • Develop and manage a sales territory, achieving forecasted sales.
  • Prioritize and make business decisions based on sales opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Train clinicians on product use in OR settings.
  • Handle customer questions and objections professionally and ethically.
  • Conduct sales presentations and execute the sales cycle effectively.
  • Analyze market data and plan business activities accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and conduct educational seminars.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1+ years in medical sales or healthcare with proven sales success.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
