Role Overview

Siemens Digital Industries seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Executive specializing in the Semiconductor Industry. The role involves developing customer opportunities into successful solutions, leveraging industry knowledge and Siemens' automation and digitalization portfolio. The position entails working within a matrix organization, coordinating with various teams to support ecosystem development. The role reports to the Head of Vertical Sales for Semiconductor in the US and is remote, based in the northeastern US, with travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
  • Identify new customers and grow the install base within the assigned region.
  • Understand customer business processes and drivers to support their digital transformation.
  • Engage with senior management to build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with system integrators, OEMs, and EPCs to support portfolio coverage.
  • Provide transparent reporting, forecasting, and planning.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • Proven success in Account Management or similar roles with industrial portfolios.
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Effective customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience operating through multiple channels, including direct sales and distributors.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience managing large accounts.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry standards, IT/OT integration, digital applications.
  • Skills in system configuration and solution architecture.
  • Interest in AI and Edge technologies.
Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $107,520 - $184,320, with a 45% annual incentive. Benefits details available at Siemens benefits portal.
