Hallmark Corporate’s CMS Account Leader serves as the primary liaison between the Studio and partners, guiding projects from intake through completion with a focus on strategic and creative solutions that engage consumers.
This role requires translating consumer insights into effective creative execution, gathering briefs, prioritizing work, and ensuring alignment with approved strategy across the project lifecycle.

The CMS Account Leader serves as the primary point of contact and strategic liaison between the Studio and assigned partners. Working closely with the Account Manager and cross-functional account and creative teams, the Account Leader leads projects through the development of strategic and creative solutions that support partner objectives and drive consumer engagement.
This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior and ability to help translate consumer insights into effective creative execution. The Account Leader serves as the initial intake lead for new projects, ensuring work is appropriately scoped, prioritized, and managed through completion.
The Account Leader is responsible for working with partners on their creative briefs, ensuring they are clear, strategic, and comprehensive. They gather and assess all relevant project information and partner with the Account Manager and/or Traffic Coordinator to evaluate priorities, allocate resources, and ensure alignment across teams.
Additionally, the Account Leader influences account strategies and execution plans, proactively manages complex project challenges, and drives projects to successful completion. This role is accountable for ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining alignment with the approved strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
