Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses in a hybrid field/home office role in Natick, MA. You will build a robust book of business, perform virtual and in-person presentations, and earn base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

The role includes comprehensive training, a clear career path in leadership or sales, and recognition programs including an annual President’s Club Trip, with best-in-class digital marketing

Job Requirements

• Target earnings: Year 1 around $100,000-$120,000, with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
• Target earnings: Year 2 around $132,000-$152,000, with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
• Base Salary: $63,000

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
