Job summary

ScentAir is seeking a Field Account Executive in the greater Phoenix area to drive B2B scent marketing sales. You will build a robust pipeline, secure new client appointments, and meet monthly quotas through calls, emails, virtual meetings and on-site visits.

You will need a BA/BS or equivalent sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Uncapped commissions accompany a location-based base salary and growth opportunities.

• BA/BS degree required; degree waiver may be considered for substantial, directly relevant sales experience.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

You are partnering with small-to-medium-sized businesses and selling the experience of ScentAir's industry-leading scent marketing products. You’ll be responsible for meeting monthly sales goals by securing new client appointments, successfully building a sales pipeline through continuous, ongoing prospecting, and building programs to meet client needs. Strategies to accomplish monthly goals include but are not limited to daily calls, emails, virtual meetings, and onsite visits with clients.

Here’s how you’ll be doing it:

• Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities via the phone, web, and onsite visits
• Meet or exceed prospecting activity requirements
• Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touchpoints, including face to face meetings, outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a consultative sales environment
• Prepare for client appointments by executing prospect research, tailoring sales materials based on the business vertical, and leveraging available marketing resources
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas while remaining focused on the consistent execution of proven sales methods
• Utilize Salesforce as a key tool to support your success and update your database daily/weekly
• Stay current on product updates to ensure your understanding of their application in the customer’s business environment

• Tech-savvy; you know your way around a CRM, preferably Salesforce
• You take the initiative to develop personally and professionally and need little supervision
• The ability to thrive throughout change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable

The background you have:

• Proven success in a transactional hunting sales role
• A track record of achievement in selling B2B products and services
• A BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university and relevant sales experience are required; however, the degree requirement may be waived for candidates with substantial, directly relevant sales experience
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
