Dropbox is seeking an Account Executive on the Growth team to expand our Product Suite and emerging AI offerings to new customers. You will identify, engage, and develop net-new opportunities, understanding customer needs and shaping use cases to drive outcomes.
You will own the end-to-end sales process, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with product and GTM to refine ICP and messaging. Requires 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales and a track record of hitting targets.

As an Account Executive on the Growth team, you will help Dropbox expand how we bring our Product Suite and emerging AI products to new customers.
In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, engaging, and developing opportunities with net new customers. You’ll work with prospects to understand their needs, learn which use cases resonate, and help create successful outcomes. You’ll be expected to execute consistently, manage your pipeline effectively, and contribute feedback that helps improve our sales motion, messaging, and approach over time.
This is an opportunity to build strong sales experience across a growing portfolio of products while contributing to Dropbox’s next phase of growth.

The range(s) listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role, subject to change. Please note, OTE are for sales roles only.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.
