Air Methods seeks an Account Executive to drive growth in assigned territory by selling air medical services to healthcare providers and emergency responders. You will build strategic partnerships, educate customers on services, and expand market presence while targeting year-over-year transport growth.
With a base salary and uncapped commission, you will manage key accounts, collaborate with senior sales leadership, and apply market intelligence to optimize revenue and utilization.
The Account Executive serves as a strategic partner to healthcare providers, emergency response agencies, and community stakeholders within an assigned territory, helping ensure patients have timely access to critical care transportation when it matters most. By building strong relationships, educating customers on Air Methods' services, and identifying opportunities to increase utilization, this role directly contributes to connecting patients with life-saving care.
Working closely with the Vice President of Sales, operational leaders, and clinical teams, the Account Executive develops and executes territory growth strategies that strengthen customer partnerships, expand market presence, and drive transport volume. Success in this role requires a passion for relationship building, customer advocacy, and advancing Air Methods' mission of delivering critical care transportation and improving patient outcomes in the communities we serve.
Incentive Potential: At our organization, your earning potential grows as you build relationships. In addition to a competitive annual base salary range of $75,000 to $110,000,this position features a robust, performance-driven commission structure. For this role, the expected annual target variable earnings for a standard performer range from $50,000 to $70,000.Our incentive program isuncapped, allowing driven sales professionals to significantly exceed these baseline targets through strategic account management and revenue retention.
