Job Juncture in Kansas City is seeking a highly competitive, money-motivated sales professional who wants to win, build relationships, and grow their career. You will represent a locally owned Kansas City firm, backed by a global franchise, and open doors with business owners and executives to develop long-term partnerships.

This hunter-farmer sales role focuses on prospecting, networking, and consistent follow-up, with the goal of growing accounts by introducing additional services as clients'

Formación

• Three to five years of high ticket B2B sales, account management or consultative selling experience.
• Proven success winning new accounts and growing them through follow up, upsell and long term relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage owners and executives.
• Comfort with CRM tools, pipeline management, building and working a prospect database, and sales reporting.
• Self motivated and coachable, with a genuine interest in ongoing training and skill development.

Responsabilidades

The Opportunity

You will represent a locally owned Kansas City firm, backed by one of the world's leading business coaching franchises. Your role is to open doors with business owners and executives, develop relationships, and turn initial conversations into long-term partnerships.

This is a hunter-farmer sales role. You will generate new business through prospecting, networking, and consistent follow-up, then grow those accounts by introducing additional services as clients' needs evolve.

You will be part of building our sales department from the ground up. We are hiring sales professionals who want to grow alongside the company. You will work directly with the firm owner to develop our sales playbook, leverage established relationships and build a client portfolio of your own. As we expand our team of salespeople, coaches, and operational support, your opportunities for advancement and leadership will grow with it.

How You Win: Hunt, Land, Farm

• Hunt: Prospect, network, and generate new business through cold outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships

New Business

• Build relationships with business owners and executive leadership teams throughout the Kansas City area


• Research and prioritize target companies to build and work a consistent, high quality prospect database


• Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships


• Run consultative discovery conversations that uncover real business challenges and growth opportunities


• Prepare and deliver proposals and strategy presentations tailored to each prospect


• Follow up relentlessly and guide prospective clients through the sales process from first conversation to signed agreement


• Develop strategic referral partnerships


• Show up consistently at networking events and become a known, respected presence in the local business community

Account Growth

• Own the ongoing relationship with every client you close as their outsourced professional development partner


• Stay in contact on a defined cadence, tracking client results and surfacing new needs


• Work relationships already in place and re-engage past connections as new needs emerge


• Manage and update CRM records daily, keeping the pipeline and account base accurate and reportable


• Track activity and results against clear KPIs, including new business and account expansion, and report progress on a regular cadence


• Partner with the coaching team to deliver on the promises made during the sales process and to surface expansion opportunities

Requirements

• Location: Kansas City, Missouri, with regular client facing travel throughout the metro area


• Schedule: Full time, in market presence expected for prospect and client meetings and networking, with flexibility for administrative work
