QBS, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to own a sales territory from prospecting through closing. You will learn each account, decide who buys, and drive deals to contract while leveraging HubSpot or Salesforce for accurate CRM tracking.
You will work onsite in Foxboro, MA, five days a week, collaborating with the onboarding team to deliver a clean customer handoff and measurable revenue growth that aligns with our mission of Safety-Care training for schools, healthcare, and human services.
Location: Foxboro, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Office Schedule: 5 days onsite in Foxboro, MA
Reports to: Manager, New Business Sales
Safety-Care® by QBS is a leader in behavioral crisis prevention training. Through our train-the-trainer model, we equip organizations—including schools, healthcare providers, and human services agencies with the skills to reduce workplace crises and improve care.
Our mission-driven, high-impact team supports more than 250,000 certified professionals nationwide, helping organizations create safer environments for staff and the individuals they serve.
Schools, hospitals, and human services agencies across the country have a crisis problem. Staff get hurt. Kids and patients get restrained when they don’t need to be. Safety-Care fixes that, and more than 250,000 certified professionals already use it. Your job is to find the organizations that need it, win them, and put your name on the number.
As an Account Executive, you’ll own a territory end to end. You find the opportunity, run the deal, and close it. You’ll learn each account inside and out: who makes decisions, how budgets work, and when contracts are up. Then you’ll turn those relationships into real opportunities and new business. Prospecting, discovery, presenting, negotiating, closing. The result is yours, and everyone will see it.
No sales background required. BCBAs, special education teachers, paraprofessionals, behavior specialists, school administrators, and staff trainers bring something we can’t teach: credibility with the people we serve. We’ll teach you the rest.
We care more about how you think and how hard you compete than where you've worked. Former teachers, behavior analysts, coaches, athletes, veterans, founders, and top BDRs have all won in seats like this. If you have a track record of pushing through something difficult, we want to talk.
You’ll love this job if:
You won’t love it if you want a slow ramp, a predictable routine, or a manager who checks your work daily.
Why onsite?
You’ll sell shoulder to shoulder with the team in Foxboro five days a week. You’ll hear every call, pick up every good move, and ramp in weeks instead of months. Speed is the point.
