  • Support capture planning, opportunity development, and strategic project pursuits.
  • Coach and coordinate account team members to ensure effective execution and customer engagement.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing sales roles, preferably within the energy industry.
  • Experience managing direct reports is preferred.
  • Exposure to multiple products, customers, geographies, or market segments.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a matrixed team environment.
  • Experience with customer relationship management, sales pursuits, problem resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to understand customer priorities, market trends, and commercial considerations.
