Job summary

SBM is hiring an Account Director to plan, develop, and implement customer strategies for retention and growth with client programs. The role requires leading initiatives, collaborating with multiple departments, and possibly traveling to various sites to execute strategic plans.

Ideal candidates will bring a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and 5–8 years of experience, with strong leadership and market insight to drive SBM’s growth agenda.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent.
  • May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and develop growth and retention for client programs.
  • Review research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate clients' attitudes.
  • Consult with development teams on market requirements and product features.
  • Communicate strategies across marketing, operations, sales and HR to executives.
  • Coordinate strategy with the corporate growth plan and other departments.
  • Travel to client sites, work locations, or facilities as needed.
  • Evaluate program results and propose changes to strategy.

# **Title:**Account Director# **Job Description:**NOW HIRING: Site ManagerCompensation: $125,000-$140,000 per year **Job Overview**Plans, develops, and implements customer strategies for the retention of existing business and growth within a specific customer by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. **Roles & Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.* Provides direction and develops growth and retention for client specific programs.* Reviews research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate customer’s attitudes of services and relationship* Consults with development teams on market requirements and product features* Communicates strategies including marketing, operations, communications, sales, and employee satisfaction from assigned customer to executive team* Coordinates and aligns strategy with corporate growth plan.* Works with other departments to help develop relationship with regards to, pricing, positioning, and packaging* The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.* Evaluates and analyzes program results and presents recommendations for changes in strategy **Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
