What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Implement and manage Paid Social campaigns, including planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Analyze and process large datasets to inform campaign strategies

- Collaborate cross‑functionally to meet team and client needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in paid social, specifically with Facebook ads; experience with TikTok and Snapchat is a bonus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of vlookup, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Proven experience in a production‑oriented or similar role
- High level of independence and curiosity with a desire to grow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
