The Account Coordinator, B2C is an entry-levelrolethatwillperformspecifictacticaljobfunctionsthroughcross-functionalmanagement of multiple internal departments.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide operational support to customers and value sales reps.
- Create and manage items in customer systems.
- Assist with shipment bookings in customer portals.
- Secureimagesandtitlemetadatafromthepublishers.
- Submit titleset-upformstocustomersandinputSKUinformationinthedistributionsystem.
- Act asacustomer support agent-communicate effectively withtheReaderLink teammember whomanages theclientsthroughwrittenandverbalcommunicationto ensurethatoutstandingserviceisprovided,meetingeach request and deadline.
- Setupvirtualbundlesintheinternalsystemandcommunicatethosedetailstothecustomer.
- Responsible for submitting purchase orders, tracking and monitoring inbound shipments, processing promotional orders, and tracking placement reports.
- Addtitlestotheinternalsystemasneeded.
- Participateincustomer-facingcallsandadvocatecustomerneedstointernalteams.
- Monitorcustomer'sonlinesitestoensuretitlesareavailableandallcontentiscompleteandaccurate.
- Workcloselywiththe accountmanagementteamandsupportotherinternaldepartmentsto meetcustomer expectations.
- Needstobeabletoquicklyassessacustomerinquiryoraccounttask,determine a solutionorinformation needed, and ownthe process through completion andfollow-up.
- Producead-hocsalesreportsandstock-levelinformation.
- Explicitdedicationto the company,accountteam,andkey retailers.
- DailycommunicationwithReaderLink'sretailcustomers.
- Primary liaisonwithReaderLinkDistributionCenterstocoordinate the neededservice/executionlevels.
- Provideadministrative/accountsupportasneeded.
- Must be abletomulti-task, meet deadlines, and manage the needs ofthe DCs, Inventory, and account management team.
- Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.
What You Will Be Doing:
- High school diploma or general educational development (GED) diploma or certificate is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Strong to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

- The work performed is in an office environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at low decibels.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Employee is occasionally exposed to vibration and dust.
Salary:
$22.11/hour - $23.00/hour
