Job description

Candidates must be based on and /OR close to the East Coast of Florida

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Clinical Field Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner closely with our internal and field-based teams as the primary resource for both patients and healthcare staff—supporting the full process from patient identification through successful product use and follow-up.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based position for someone with clinical or patient‑facing experience who enjoys working directly with people, coordinating care, and ensuring a smooth path from order to outcome. Your impact will come from service, education, and execution, helping patients access therapy and helping providers integrate it into their daily workflow.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a mission‑driven organization that’s advancing healthcare solutions through partnership, patient support, and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative, team‑based environment where your clinical experience directly improves access to care, adoption, and real‑world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on‑site support to providers, medical staff, and patients throughout evaluation, ordering, fitting, and follow‑up
  • Serve as the main point of contact for patient education, product application, and ongoing compliance support
  • Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure accurate documentation, coverage requirements, and timely order completion
  • Help healthcare teams adopt efficient, repeatable processes that make product utilization simple and consistent
  • Travel within the region to support patient needs and partner locations
  • Maintain detailed records of patient progress, activity, and field insights to continuously improve the overall experience
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in a clinical or patient‑facing healthcare role (e.g., Medical Assistant, PTA, or similar)
  • Strong comfort working directly with patients in a hands‑on environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with both healthcare professionals and patients
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple active cases across locations
  • Comfortable with regional travel, overnight stays, and occasional 5+ hour drive (approximately 50–75%)
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with patient education, fittings, care coordination, or DME workflows
  • Exposure to vascular, wound care, rehabilitation, lymphedema, or compression therapy environments
