Kansas City Advertising Agency in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Client Service team. You will support Account Executives, Supervisors, and Directors in coordinating and delivering client marketing work from start to finish.

This is an on-site, in-office role with occasional travel and nontraditional hours to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in agency client service.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or public relations.
  • Interest in animal health/pet healthcare, financial services, or health and beauty is a plus.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the account team in the execution of assigned client projects.
  • Coordinate a range of marketing tactics (print, digital, web, media, events, PR, and more).
  • Prepare project kickoff materials, status reports, meeting recaps, and conference summaries.
  • Draft and maintain project timelines to keep work on track.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients when needed.
  • Support estimate preparation, billing, budget tracking, and reporting.
  • Represent the agency professionally with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Follow agency policies and procedures.

We are working with our client, a Kansas City Advertising Agency located in Overland Park, KS, to find an Account Coordinator to join their Client Service team. In this role, you’ll support Account Executives, Supervisors, and Directors in coordinating and delivering client marketing work from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
