Riceinsure is seeking an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member in Southlake, TX for a full-time role. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, with a focus on timely policy issuance and service.

Phil opened his State Farm agency in February 2022 after spending 20 years in corporate finance within the travel industry. He earned his BBA in Finance from University of Texas at Arlington and his MBA from Southern Methodist University. As a husband and father, serving others has always been a central part of his life, and that mindset drives the culture of the agency today.

Our office is a relationship-first environment focused on helping people - not pushing products. We work hard, support one another, and invest heavily in personal and professional growth. The team is collaborative, accountable, and genuinely committed to helping each other succeed.

We stay active in the Southlake and North Texas communities through sponsorships, local events, and community outreach throughout the year. Our agency currently includes six full-time and three part-time team members.
