Job description

ACCIONA has over 100 years of history. It is a global leader in sustainable infrastructure, with over 68,000 employees operating across more than 60 countries. We design, build, finance, operate and maintain infrastructure in transportation, water, and renewable energy.

In the United States, we have over 25 years of experience. Our operations include Design, Build, Finance, Operate & Maintain (DBFOM) of the SR-400 expansion in Atlanta and the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge Project in Louisiana. Our water division is developing desalination projects like Doheny in California and operating the largest desalination plant on the East Coast in Tampa Bay. Our climate resilience solutions, such as Fargo-Moorhead in North Dakota, are preventing flooding in cities by building infrastructure.

Our integrated business model enables us to build, operate and maintain assets over decades. For emerging talent, this creates career development opportunities and the chance to gain hands‑on experience on significant infrastructure projects that improve communities.

You work with cutting‑edge technology like BIM, Digital Twins, and AI‑driven solutions, developing real technical skills and industry knowledge within an ecosystem spanning multiple disciplines and geographies.

Along the way, you learn from global expertise and best practices alongside teams representing more than 170 nationalities. This is how we build the next generation of infrastructure leaders.
