Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Handbag Designer to create handbags and crossbodies for our diverse consumer base. The role emphasizes modern fabrication, construction techniques, and producing detailed techpacks to guide production.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in handbag or small leather accessories, or related apparel/shoes experience with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel is required, and adaptability in a fast-paced team is valued.

We’re looking for a Handbag Designer. This designer will be responsible for designing handbags and crossbodies for our younger/ older + junior consumer, categories. This designer must have experience in fabrication, construction, using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel, creating techpacks and be familiar with production. We are looking to hire someone who is easily adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and is able to bring innovation while staying true to the brand.

We would prefer our candidates to have 3-5 years of handbag or small leather accessories experience but we are also open someone who has an apparel background in kids or juniors or shoe designers with a strong work history/portfolio.
