Job summary

InstantServe LLC is seeking a dedicated Accessibility Auditor to assess the DCS website, web apps, and digital content for WCAG 2.1 compliance. You will identify issues and craft remediation recommendations aligned with standards.

You'll collaborate with developers, designers, communications staff, and stakeholders to embed accessibility into design and publishing workflows, and provide staff training on best practices for ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and ARIA roles.
• Ability to develop and implement solutions to accessibility issues, including remediation of documents and web content.
• Experience in web development, digital content remediation, or user experience design.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools (e.g., WAVE, Siteimprove) and assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers such as NVDA).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document issues and train non-technical staff.
