Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification in healthcare-related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in access and reimbursement, patient support services, or pharmaceutical field roles.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit structures, reimbursement processes, and specialty pharmacy networks.
  • Experience in Endocrinology and/or Hepatology, Gastroenterology is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • 50-60% travel within the assigned territory.

Madrigal’s medication, Rezdiffra (resmetirom), is a once-daily, oral, liver-directed THR-β agonist designed to target key underlying causes of MASH. Rezdiffra is the first and only medication approved by both the FDA and European Commission for the treatment of MASH with moderate to advanced fibrosis (F2 to F3). An ongoing Phase 3 outcomes trial is evaluating Rezdiffra for the treatment of compensated MASH cirrhosis (F4c). Our success is driven by our people. In this role, you will serve as the primary field-based resource to support practices in ensuring optimal patient access to a large pharmacy benefit specialty product.
