Job summary

Threat Tec, LLC is seeking an Access Monitor to safeguard government facilities at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will uphold strict access protocols, detect threats, and coordinate with law enforcement to maintain security across critical sites.

Level II experience with supervisory responsibilities is preferred. A SECRET clearance is required, with TS/SCI eligibility potential. Proficiency in MS Office, CCTV operations, and Alarm Monitoring Station software is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• A valid Driver’s License required.
• Level I: 3+ years in a government or industry role akin to Security Access Monitor.
• Level II: 5+ years in a similar role, with supervisory or site leadership experience.
• Must have and maintain a final SECRET security clearance. TS/SCI eligibility may be required.
• Expertise in MS Office, CCTV operations, and Alarm Monitoring Station software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rigorous control over all access points to Government areas as per established procedures.
• Actively detect, deter, and report threats ranging from intrusions, suspicious activities, civil disorders, to fire hazards.
• Lead a team if required, steering operations and ensuring mission readiness.
• Seamlessly work with law enforcement agencies (Military Police, County Sheriff, City Police) and emergency responders.
• Aid emergency services within contractual limits, ensuring timely intervention.
