Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking an Access Control Analyst to administer user access across the enterprise, focusing on Active Directory, IAM, and SailPoint. This on-site role supports onboarding, role changes, and access reviews within a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will collaborate with business units, Information Security, and application owners to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, investigate access issues, and maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, IT Helpdesk, Active Directory administration, or similar role.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies or SailPoint are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, disable, and remove user access within Active Directory and integrated systems.
• Administer user accounts, security groups, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and delegated access permissions.
• Process access requests per approved policies, procedures, and SLAs.
• Ensure onboarding, transfer, and termination access is timely.
• Investigate and resolve access-related incidents and provisioning issues.
• Collaborate with application owners to maintain accurate access data and support SailPoint.
• Support SailPoint identity governance activities including provisioning and certification campaigns.

This role ensures that user access is provisioned, modified, and revoked in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.The analyst partners with business units, Information Security, and application owners to manage the user access lifecycle, support access certifications, investigate access-related issues, and maintain compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
