Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Access Control Specialist (Unarmed Security) for a temporary, full-time role in Florida. You will enforce facility access policies, handle visitor control and screening, and support a safe, compliant environment.

Ideal candidates have a Florida Class D Security License, a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in security, and strong communication and leadership skills. First Aid/CPR/AED certification is a plus or willingness to obtain.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in security
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Strong verbal/written communication and leadership skills.
• Schedule flexibility to support gaps in shift coverage

Our client, a leading Manufacturing warehouse, is seeking Access Control Specialist to join their team. As an Access Control Specialist, you will be part of the security operations supporting a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate will have skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Access Control Specialist

Pay Range: $16.50 per hour and $16.75/hr upon conversion
