Amentum is seeking a vigilant Access Control Specialist on Oahu to monitor entrances, verify access, and ensure restricted items do not cross into secure areas while delivering professional service to employees and visitors.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Poly, U.S. citizenship, and ability to work 1st–3rd shifts plus weekend commitments. The position supports 24/7 operations and offers comprehensive health benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
• Willing to work 1st/2nd/3rd shifts on a 24/7 schedule.
• Must commit to one weekend shift every weekend.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• High School diploma or GED.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English fluently.
• Comfort leaving mobile device at home/in car due to restricted mobile area.
• Available to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday per year.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access of employees and visitors in restricted areas.
• Ensure prohibited items do not enter or leave the building.
• Diligently monitor restricted areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to all employees and visitors.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings.

• Work independently during scheduled shifts.
