Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Access Control Specialist for on-site work in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on maintaining security during maintenance operations, escorting contractors, and coordinating vendor activities.

You will manage access control systems, document activities, and support small projects while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong technical acumen and electronics troubleshooting skills.
• Valid Driver's License with ability to travel between local client sites.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or higher, or be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance level.
• Ability to work effectively as a self-starter in both structured and unstructured environments with strict attention to detail.

• Escort maintenance contractors into restricted spaces, ensuring adherence to all security protocols and access only to authorized areas.
• Update and maintain access control software systems, ensuring accuracy and security compliance.

• Communicate with JLL maintenance stakeholders regarding the status of ongoing work and project updates.
• Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, vendor interactions, and security-related incidents.
• Oversee small maintenance and repair projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs and security concerns as they arise throughout the day.

You take on entry-level project management responsibilities for small maintenance and repair projects, maintaining detailed documentation of all activities.
