Job summary

Amentum seeks a Security Specialist to observe, inspect, and report on construction site security across multiple locations in the United States. The role requires evaluating defense-in-depth practices and coordinating with team members in CONUS and OCONUS missions.

Responsibilities include producing weekly reports with MS Office tools, identifying unauthorized materials, operating security devices, and ensuring ICD 705 standards are reflected in site activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office, report development, tablet mechanics, blueprint reading, and construction projects.
• Background in executive, physical, personnel, and site security, surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Observe, inspect and report construction site work to ensure security across multiple sites.
• Evaluate and develop physical, personnel, and technical security practices.
• Produce written reports using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and tablets weekly.
• Identify unauthorized materials via searches and surveillance.
• Operate security devices and monitoring systems in CONUS/OCONUS environments.
• Report suspicious behavior and correlations with ICD 705 standards.
