Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking an Access Control Specialist to support our NSWC customer in Crane, IN.

The role requires in-person presence and involves issuing and accounting for access credentials to control entry and protect sensitive property and information at NSWC Crane installations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Issue and account for access control credentials and passes to control entry and protect property and information.
• Support security programs including personnel, physical, information, or industrial security as needed.
• Instruct visitors on security requirements and proper use of entry credentials and passes.
• Conduct inventory to ensure credentials are issued, accounted for, and turned in per guidance.
• Report lost, missing, or stolen credentials to authorities and ensure proper documentation.
• Verify personnel have proper documents and clearance before issuing credentials and access.
• Use security procedures to ensure only authorized personnel enter NSWC Crane installations.
• Perform routine clerical duties and follow written and oral instructions related to access control and office administration.
