Job summary

Allied Universal in Mobile, AL is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Access Operations to protect clients across tech, media and telecom environments. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding company standards.

As a dedicated Access Control Officer, you will respond to alarms, conduct patrols, report concerns, and support a welcoming, safe environment for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, lobby areas, parking facilities, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Support a professional, welcoming environment while reporting security-related concerns, policy violations, and unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
