Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking an Access Control Officer to protect personnel and facilities through rigorous access control, visitor processing, and security system operations. The role requires managing badges, CACs, and screening procedures while coordinating with Government and security teams.

Responsibilities include fingerprinting, credential photos, incident documentation, and compliance with SOPs, post orders, and security directives. Location is onsite in Hawaii. Clearances may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in access control, visitor management, or security operations.
• Proficiency with security systems including access control and CCTV.
• Ability to follow Post Orders and Government security procedures.
• Active Top Secret /SCI with Polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and authenticate access for employees, contractors, visitors, and other authorized personnel entering or exiting restricted areas.
• Verify identification, badges, credentials, and access authorization before permitting access.
• Maintain surveillance and situational awareness in assigned access control areas.
• Operate security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarms.
• Coordinate visitor processing and issue badges and CACs per government requirements.
• Document security events and incidents and escalate as needed.
• Communicate with stakeholders and support staff to ensure security objectives are met.
• Respond to security events and maintain incident logs and reports.
