Allied Universal in Nashwauk, MN is seeking a part-time Security Officer - Visitor Access to protect people and property at an industrial site. You will manage site entry, verify credentials, and provide courteous service to employees and visitors while adhering to site policies.

This role offers morning shifts Wednesday through Friday, pay rate of $17.75 per hour, and a chance to grow with a national leader in security services.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit, and issuing passes.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations to the site contacts.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established site protocols with applicable personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, adjacent areas, access points, and parking lots.
