Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points for a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized personnel and vehicles in accordance with site procedures.
• Observe inbound and outbound truck, trailer, and delivery activity at gates and entry points; report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, and policy violations to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and documenting events according to Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
