Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with all laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers while following access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points; verify credentials and issue visitor passes; maintain visitor records.
• Inspect personnel, vehicles, and shipments for authorized access and report issues.
• Respond to incidents and escalate as needed to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
