Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required under applicable laws; drug screening required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, vendor, and delivery authorization per residential procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, contractors, deliveries, and incidents; share information with site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and resolve issues per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
