Securitas is seeking an Access Control Security Officer for a full-time role in Henry, IL. You will monitor premises, manage access control, and patrol multiple locations while ensuring safety and compliance with client site regulations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills (Excel/Word), and at least one year of customer service experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, paid training, daily pay options, and uniform provision.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).
• 1 year customer service experience required.
• Security experience preferred.
• Driving patrols required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and manage access control and patrolling a variety of locations.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift and conduct property tours.
• Badging visitors and traffic control; monitor cameras.
