Securitas USA is actively hiring Access Control Security Officers for positions in New Carlisle, IN. Start at $19.00 per hour with full-time shifts and weekly pay. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with weekend work required on some schedules.

Position Details

• Position: Security Officer/Guard (Full‑Time Positions Available)
• Pay Starting at $19.00 per Hour
• Shift Availability:
  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Required to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday)

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Be the friendly face and first point of contact.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential.
• Proficient Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Flexibility: Must be available for weekend shifts.
• Requirements:
  • Pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities
