Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking an Access Control Security Officer to safeguard client properties and people. You will observe, report, and respond to incidents at a designated site while maintaining professional customer service.

Training is provided for those new to the security field, and CPR certification is encouraged. The role offers a flexible schedule with shifts that support full- and part-time work, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.

Wage: $16.50/ hour

Job Information:

• Shifts: M-F 3pm-11pm and Tues-Sat - 3pm-11pm
• Must be willing to be CPR Certified

Security Officer/Guard:

• Security Positions are Full and Part Time
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills
• Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard

Job Requirements of the Security Officer/Security Guard include but are not limited to:

• Security Officers/Security Guards observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
