GardaWorld Security is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer at MALVERN, PA. This part-time role averages 21 hours weekly with Friday 6PM–6AM and Saturday-Sunday 10PM–6AM, paying $19.06 per hour. Uniform provided. Required: active driver’s license, 1+ year in security, strong attention to detail and report writing. US work authorization and High School Diploma or GED.

As a Security Officer - Access Control, you will be the person spotting threats before they escape in environments such as an office building.

Responsibilities of Access Control Security Guard

• Control access for inbound/outbound visitors and verify all paperwork
• Maintain accurate logs, records and incident reports
• Conduct slow, routine patrols of the area, scanning scan points and documenting data
• Always remain focused and professional, following procedures precisely
• Monitor site activity, report irregularities and escalated incidents as needed

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Active Driver’s License Required
• 1+ year of security experience (Access Control, Patrolling or Concierge preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures
• Ability to remain alert during repetitive or routine tasks
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
