Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per applicable laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while following site procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and vehicle entry records, and direct authorized personnel.
• Screen incoming and outgoing vehicles, trailers, packages, and shipments; report discrepancies or unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
