Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services in Umatilla, Oregon is hiring Event Staff for Access Control roles. You will help manage entry, greet guests, scan tickets, and provide courteous customer service to attendees at sports venues and events.

No previous experience is required as training is provided. Pay is $18.50 per hour with weekly pay and flexible part-time shifts. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass background and random drug testing as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test and may be required to pass a Driver's Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Welcomes and ushers guests, collects or scans tickets, and verifies wristbands and badges.
• Directs foot traffic and ensures the cleanliness and safety of designated areas.
• Provides guests with directions and friendly, helpful service.
