Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Evansville, IN is hiring Dispatch and Access Control Security Officers with prior dispatch experience. You will manage client site access, support visitor flow, and ensure safety of personnel and property.

Shifts vary; pay range $19.10-$19.46 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided. Must be 18+, pass background and drug test, valid driver's license, and HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must have prior dispatch experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Controls access to the client site or facility through the admittance process; assists visitors with entry and screens them efficiently.
• Provides courteous, respectful interactions and presents a positive image of the client.
• Monitors entrances and prevents unapproved or unlawful entry; operates remote access devices as needed.
• Prepares logs and reports; enters information into the access control database and reports issues to shift supervisors.
• Observes incidents and reports to client representatives or authorities as appropriate.
• Acts as a backup Dispatcher, handling emergency calls and dispatching resources.
