Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Badging Officer (Full Time) in Sturtevant, WI. The role focuses on badge creation, distribution, and verification, with strong emphasis on access control and incident reporting.

You will perform patrols, engage with clients and guests, and respond to emergencies with professional judgment. Training is provided, with a competitive wage of $19.85 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Strong computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation as needed.
• Creating, distributing, storing, and keeping track of company badges.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
