Job description

You've Never Been Satisfied with \"Good Enough.\"

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

  • You’ll define service offerings, standards, tools, and delivery models for construction safety services within the Transit Group.
  • You’ll provide executive‑level safety oversight for complex transit and infrastructure construction projects.
  • You’ll oversee the full safety lifecycle of projects, including safety planning, program development, field inspections, compliance verification, and monthly or program‑level audits conducted on behalf of clients.
  • You’ll lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for serious incidents and near misses, collaborating with project teams and clients to implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • You’ll partner with Finance and project leadership on risk, insurance, and claims management, including OCIP/CCIP programs and workers’ compensation considerations.
  • You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to public agencies, contractors, and internal leadership on construction safety and regulatory compliance.
  • You’ll represent the firm in high‑level meetings with transit agencies, Cal/OSHA, and other regulatory bodies.
  • You’ll support clients during audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions.
  • You’ll act as a key technical contributor during pursuits, proposals, and interviews.
  • You’ll leverage safety performance, sustainability, and risk‑management strategies as competitive differentiators.
  • You’ll support long‑term growth of the safety consulting practice through strong client relationships and market insight.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
  • Hybrid work model combining remote work, onsite client engagements, and collaboration at regional delivery centers.
  • Statewide travel required for project support, client meetings, and field verifications.
