Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex programs, including data centers and infrastructure, onsite with clients and partners. You will own scopes, budgets, contracts, and schedule, driving delivery from strategy through handover.

Role requires 10+ years in construction PM, strong leadership, and excellent communication across Owners, Architects, and CMs. Travel to client sites will be required as part of delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Experience leading large-scale construction programs across multiple sites.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-management skills.

The Work

$130,000 - $150,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus
• Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
• Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
• Outstanding negotiating skills
• Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
