Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned professional to lead design‑to‑construction interfaces for data center, power, and infrastructure programs onsite with clients. You will coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders to maintain momentum from concept through turnover.

With 8+ years in engineering design and hands‑on leadership of multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk, conduct QA/QC on design packages, and drive timely issue

Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Minimum of 8+ years of engineering design experience.
• At least 3 years managing multidiscipline design teams.
• Experience in Data Center market.
• Experience with Design‑Build and/or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects.
• Resident Engineer or field start‑up services experience.
• Familiar with scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of scheduling software like P6.
• Strong self‑motivation, leadership.
• Ability to implement work priorities to ensure the orderly flow of construction documentation.

THE WORK

• You'll lead the design-to-construction interface, ensuring alignment between design intent and field execution.

• You'll oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management while driving timely issue resolution.
• You'll conduct QA/QC reviews of design packages and construction documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• You'll coordinate architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and contractor disciplines to support integrated project delivery.
• You'll support commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness activities to ensure successful project handover.
• You'll lead stakeholder engagement through OAC meetings, governance forums, and project reporting.
• You'll serve as the primary liaison between design and construction teams, ensuring seamless execution from concept through completion.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships..

$150,000 - $200,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
